The 千子 are one of the most potent psychic armies in Warhammer 40K. Their core mechanic revolves around Cabal Points and Rituals — every Sorcerer unit generates Cabal Points in the Command phase, which are spent to cast powerful ritual effects.
All is Dust is the army-wide passive: Rubric Marines and Scarab Occult Terminators improve their armour save by 1 against Damage 1 attacks, massively boosting durability. Most units also have a 4+ invulnerable save, giving reliable defence against high-AP weapons.
Tactical style: mid-to-long range psychic shooting plus a steady advance. Rubric Marines form a dependable battle line, Scarab Occult Terminators are the elite core, and Daemon Engines provide heavy firepower and melee threat. Magnus the Red is an overwhelming battlefield dominator.

Scarab Occult — Commit to Melee — if a stubborn unit needs clearing, charge in with the Terminators. Prosperine Khopesh S5 AP-2 D2 × 3 attacks each, plus the Sorcerer's Force Weapon at S6 AP-2 DD3.
Lock Down Every Objective — fill every reachable objective with Rubric Marines and Tzaangors. 千子 durability and regeneration give you a massive late-game scoring advantage.
